Housekeeping is once every 3 days, i didn't get any Housekeeping services. Afternoon host pretty cool guy super chill. Pool great. Lots of construction around the area. But can still walk around, several public beach accesses.

Loved having a kitchen! Very clean and quiet. The AC was very cold, nice escape from the heat. The communication about which room I was supposed to have was a little lacking. The woman at the front desk/gate was very patient with me though, I don't know much Spanish, and together we figured it out. I would definitely stay again!

My stay was excellent! Sr. Carlos went above and beyond to allow me in much earlier that the check-in time since I took the overnight ETN Turistar from CDMX and arrived in the early morning. I got to sleep and woke up refreshed. The room had a comfortable king size bed. I had a chance to relax in the pool and seats under the shade in the common areas. In the mornings I ran to the beach which is less than 10 min on foot. My only regret is not staying more nights and use the kitchen, sofa, hamaca, to relax and feel more at home. The cleaners were super friendly as they guarded my backpacks while I ate lunch at taqueria around the corner. Easy place to take the collective taxis to get Walmart and connect with other transports.

Una de las mejores estancias calidad-precio, la habitación no le pedía nada a una 4 estrellas, la habitación extremadamente limpia, el aire funcionaba perfectamente bien , enfriaba muy bien, el baño muy limpio, de hotel de mayor categoría, el personal muy amable , hasta un obsequiado de bienvenida nos brindó, nos dio todas las facilidades para nuestra estancia, nos explicó horarios (muy accesibles por cierto) ambiente tranquilo , privado . Las personas que trabajan en el hotel son muy amables, solo creo que la limpieza debería ser diario, y no cada tercer día, peronfuera de eso es un lugar muy tranquilo por si quieres relajarte está a 5 minutos caminando de la playa y tienes un Oxxo y tacos en la esquina, en general lugar recomendado.

Me dejaron toda mi estancia sin agua caliente, son unos mentirosos los de recepción, ignoraron que no tuve agua, la habitación estaba sucia y el calentador de agua está dentro de la habitación, es un peligro, no entiendo como las autoridades permiten eso. Es una Bomba. Es un peligro para las personas quedarse ahí tengan cuidado
Desde el día uno fueron abrieron ahí y jamás repararon nada ni volvieron a poner eso en su lugar

La Habitación es muy bonita, tiene las ventajas de un hotel con los aditamentos para cocinar de un departamento, la alberca muy bonita, todo muy limpio, como observación el Vigilante es muy especialito, tal vez se cree dueño, pues se puso a ponernos un montón de condiciones que no venían en el reglamento, como querernos sacar de la alberca a las 9:40 PM cuando el reglamento de la habitación decía que hasta las 11:00 pm y estuvo pase y pase a decirnos que nos fuéramos hasta que me tocó subir y enseñarle el reglamento para que nos dejara en paz, de ahí en fuera el demás personal muy amable. Agregaría un poco más de específicaciones para llegar, pero todo al 100% y la super ventaja que en efecto NO HAY NIÑOS ✨

Las señoritas de la limpieza son poco amables y para resolver lo de un control de televisión tardaron 2 días de mi estancia Pero el señor Gerardo es demasiado amable , Cortez y de buenas vibras aunque no podía hacer mucho porque las recamareras no ponen mucho de su parte . Recibimos el departamento bien y como se muestra en la foto. Está bien equipado con horno, estufa, licuadora y tostador. Sin embargo los utensilios para cocinar son una desgracia así como los sartenes y platos. Te recomiendo llevar los tuyos porque están realmente en mal estado. Al llegar nadie estaba en la caseta. No hay cómo comunicarse con el dueño y estuve 20 min en el rayo del sol. La limpieza es terrible. Solo “limpiaron” una vez en 5 días. Nunca cambian las sábanas. Las toallas huelen mal, están percudidas y nunca las cambian. El agua caliente dura 1 minuto. La alberca helada. Lo único excelente es la atención del señor Gerardo quién está a cargo por la noche. Él muy atento siempre resolviendo lo que está a su alcance. Por lo demás ojalá pongan atención a limpieza ya que es una vergüenza que tengan esas toallas y ropa de cama.

La cocina cuenta con lo básico pero está bien equipada, hay espacio para estacionarse justo al frente y en un terreno aledaño, es un ambiente seguro pero no restrictivo, es decir, perfecto para adultos responsables. Encuentras desde parejas jóvenes hasta matrimonios veteranos. El Staff es muy amigable. Hay una playa limpia y de oleaje moderado a fuerte muy cerca, si quieres ir a las playas más populares y de oleaje tranquilo tendrás que conducir de 10 a 15 minutos.
