"Ideal location for what we wanted. Breakfast buffet included was lovely. Rooms nice and clean and towels provided for the pool area were a bonus as many places in pdc dont provide this."

Front desk extremely helpful, especially the tall dark haired man we met on arrival, Christian in the bar was superb, Monette and the girl with teeth braces (in the bar and the cafe) were extremely helpful, and all staff members (except one or two) including cleaners were very friendly and efficient, always saying hello with a smile- And Nicole was very receptive and smiley, and very helpful, especially as she helped out in any area when she felt it was needed, and she had to put up with...

Beautiful hotel set on the lower slopes of Lanzarote, looking out on to the sea. The hotel is stunningly designed, with large rooms, amazing breakfasts, and a great pool. It is secluded and with only 20. rooms, it feels like a personally curated experienced. If you are wanting easy access to a beach and other restaurants (the hotel has its own restaurant but the menu is fairly expensive), this is probably not the hotel for you. If you want some quiet and time alone with a partner or friend, this...

We spent a week in this new, tastefully designed hotel. The highlight for us was the ‘chill area’ with its architectural awnings, white curtains and comfortable loungers. The only downside, in our opinion, was Puerto del Carmen itself which is very commercialised. However there are some restaurants with nice views overlooking the port. We hired a car for three days - at a very reasonable price organised by the hotel - so we enjoyed exploring the island and finding unspoiled beaches and coves for...

Well travelled and this is up there with the best i have ever stayed.
Everyone is friendly and the place is clean and beautiful
Couldn't rate it high enough.
Breakfast is a typical one you would get in spain (3 star).
5 stars overall from me.

The apartment was brilliant with everything you need provided, the whole complex was first class which includes the staff from reception, bar staff, pool staff, cleaning staff, the food in the bar/restaurant was brilliant, the food and drink prices were very good (the happy hour made it even better) I would definitely go back there and I have already recommended it to friends

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and this time we stayed longer because we like it. This time let me concentrate on the little things
The room looked nice with nice proper tumblers and ,new this visit , tea and coffee in the room, nice fittings, hot water in vast supply.. Packets of tea and coffee replenished every day unlike some where one "ration" has to last the stay.
Sit down in the dining section to a clean tablecloth and...

This was my first trip to Lanzarote and I will definitely be going back. This is mainly due to how much I enjoyed my stay at Apartments Farionnes. They had everything you could possibly need and the grounds were so well kept. The location was great with lots of bars, restaurants and shops within a short distance as well as a short walk to the seafront. The weather was great with a nice breeze to make the heat more bearable. I was most impressed when we were provided with a box of food because we...

Excellent facilities, great food. Visited numerous times & always love it. Recommend the Spa, best to upgrade to a suite with sea view if you can. The hotel is placed halfway between the town centre & Rubicon Marina on the walkway by the sea which gives you the option to turn left or right for a stroll or different restaurants to compliment those at the hotel & to provide additional variety.

Beautiful apartments, clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need for a break away home from home. The friendliest helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. I truly did not want to come home.

Laid-back villa complex with a pool and restaurant. Best for families. Nightly shows are entertaining. Close to town and beach. What makes this place special is the people working there and the clients who visit (all ages). Loved seeing families of three generations enjoying themselves. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lifeguards are fun and love kids. Will definitely recommend and will stay again when in Lanzarote.

We stayed in the hotel for one night before leaving for the UK after a disastrous cruise.
It was magnificent! The staff were amazing, as was the hotel. It was just what we needed after a very stressful holiday!
