"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurant had a good range of options and wasn’t too busy even at peak times. There was a bit of a shortage of beds around the pool and people were leaving towels from 7am and then disappearing for half the day which doesn’t help. The other bars and restaurants in the complex were good and the prices were very reasonable. The location of the Hotel is very central but not too noisy. We would visit again."

"Just perfect for few days of winter sun. Check in was quick with friendly staff. Apartment basic but suitably equipped with everything we needed, bathroom a little tired. Cleaning staff really friendly & efficient in a ‘once over’ every day. Patio area furnished & a few steps to the shared pool with plenty of loungers available. A short walk from the bars, restaurants, shops & beach. Local bus took us to Puerto del carmen for around 2.5 euro each one way. No direct bus to the airport although taxi was 25 euro each way. Would recommend staying here & will consider for future trips."
