"We enjoyed our time at Hilton Graden Inn at Solomon’s. The staff were absolutely amazing. Anytime we needed something the staff made sure we were taken care of. Just so kind, professional, and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and the room was comfy. I felt safe on the property. I had no issues with check in or during my stay. The lobby has a nice space to sit and do work or take a break from the room. They have a bar and offer some special meals on different nights (i.e. tacos on Tuesdays). I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience here and would highly recommend you stay here when in the area. Can’t wait to stay again. "

"The room was dirty and outdated. There were no curtains to close the window. There were stains throughout the room ( lamp shade, walls, carpet). The bathroom had peeling paint and mold. The front staff gave me a brown stained wash cloth and I had to request another one."

"Bathroom door wouldn't close, laminate floor was popping up, no microwave in the room, fire alarm going off early in the morning, construction happening early in the morning. I've stayed at Super 8s and Motel 6s that have been better than this. It is a cheap hotel that is overpriced because you can see water from it and there are no other options nearby."

"I specifically booked this hotel in the location specifically again for the hotel.Hot tub and pool.I was told upon my check in that they both were being renovated and they weren't available, which I was very disappointed. There was no food available in the hotel. I thought there may be breakfast available. Had to leave out 7 o'clock in the morning to go. Get something to eat in the cold. Overall clean hotel, but the amenities. If you not gonna have the pool in a hot tub operational, put that on the website, don't just try to make the money, I don't appreciate that it's my spring break and I was looking for a hotel with a hot tub."

"The Hotel is Nickle and Dime your guest to Death !! You charge for a parking lot AT your hotel ! you charge $7 for a bowl of ceral and $15 for eggs !! Best Western offers FREE breakfast of ceral and hot scrambled eggs with bacon !! Best Western does not charge me to Park IN their parking lot. AND the bathtub faucet was broken. When I turned on the shower - half water was still going to tub and HALF to upper shower. You should take ALL the money from parking and Breakfast and do some repairs to the bathrooms. The toilet seat was cracked also. You charge a lot and do Not give you guest a lot for their money !"
