The hotel is well located and is beautiful inside. The rooms had everything we needed and the staff were really friendly. Only slight criticism would be the pool. It’s an indoor pool and doesn’t appear to be geared (or if it is, it isn’t very warm!). There were no loungers, only chairs. You couldn’t sunbathe outside in the garden as there were no loungers or chairs. It was 35 degrees (95F) and so we had planned to have an afternoon relaxing around the pool, but couldn’t.

The staff were very helpful, very clean room and the food was good 👍

Nearly new property with lovely staff, a very good breakfast and easy parking. Located out of Chattanooga but convenient for retail and eating options.

Nice big room, good breakfast, rubbish shower it was weak. Liked the kitchen area in the room. Clean and tidy all fairly new good location.

View was wonderful. Pool area a little tired, floor needed repaiting. Breakfast basic.

Very clean, excellent position for centre.

every think was great

However, the basic kitchen equipment was limited to a small amount of plastic cutlery and glasses, and...

A great room with lovely views. Spacious enough for 5. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We walked to brunch at a local restaurant. Great location.

Really great value for money. Room was clean and spacious, great amenities. Welcoming from start to finish. After a long day of travelling, perfect first night in the US.

Perfectly located hotel, walking distance to all the downtown attractions. Modern design, nicely decorated rooms and super clean bathrooms make that place a top choice for travelers .

Lovely clean room

No breakfast. Reception staff unattentive, rooms small. Good central location. Coffee in rooms would be nice too.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and tidy.

Wonderful staff, perfect spacious room, lovely outdoor area to have an evening drink/snack. Partnership w restaurant 💯! Tiny feedback is that the breakfast was just typical free fare… microwaved scrambled eggs and lukewarm vats of coffee, but perfect otherwise and would stay again!
