The woman who checked us in was very kind and helpful. She even called me to let me know that I left a small item on one of the carts. The room was clean. The hot water takes a long time to run through.

Breakfast was very subpar for the cost of the room. Very disappointing especially compared to other la quibtas. Couch was disgusting the furniture was beat up art paint on the desk, in the neighboring room their ohine was on a hard surface and kept vibrating every few minutes even during the night kept waking us up

We had a good stay at La Quinta overall. The hotel was clean, located in a good area, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Our only negative experience was during check-in on the night we arrived. The front desk attendant was not very friendly—when we asked if they had coffee, he responded without looking at us and said the machine was “right there.” When we let him know the machine was out of coffee, he appeared upset and reacted with an attitude before changing the bag. Aside from that initial interaction, the rest of our stay was pleasant and we had no other issues.

Sheets were stained, bathroom shower dripped all night and soaked the bathroom floor. The dresser was falling apart. The lady that check us in on day one was great....but ole Edna on the other days was rather rude!

The room was just dirty. We had to ask them to change the bedding because of stains also the bedding had hair on it. After changed it hair was still on the bed. The couch that was in the room was so dirty. The walls was dirty. Table was dirty. Hand prints on the headboard. Bathroom dirty shower dirty. I have pictures of everything if there’s a place to submit them I can do that also.

After driving 11 hours we just wanted a nice hot shower. There was no hot water. Called the front desk and was told that we were the only room to complain about the water. Theh then called us back 10 minutes later and told that the manager knew of the water issue and that it was the whole hotel that was affected. It was the worst hotel stay we have ever had. Wasnt worth the $115 that we paid for it for 1 night.

It was time to go to bed and we had small kids above us that would not stop running around and it sounded like they was going to come through the floor . The phone in the room is not connected to a phone cord at all . It look as if there was mold in the corners of the shower . Breakfast was not all that great .
