"What a fun and enjoyable place for a family trip! The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained and fun to explore the train cars, the nice pool and the lovely area with the Green for kids to play, etc. We had a nice room with a small patio, which was great for the kids to have breakfast, sit and do coloring, etc.We didn't try the restaurant but it looked fabulous and very popular. Hotel is in a great area and we enjoyed walking around and exploring, trying food at various restaurants and just checking out Chattanooga! We can't wait to go back!"

"We had an issue with our room. Staff was quick to come assess the situation and move us to another room and give us an upgrade. They also added free breakfast and drinks for our trouble. Great customer service. "
