Fantastic hotel. Very good location minutes from Charles bridge on the not tacky side. Staff couldn't do enough to help. The room was amazing. We had free wifi, an Apple TV with lots of movies and a very good selection of music. There was also an iPad available to browse the Internet.

If this property manages to maintain competitive prices in the market , there is no other like it. Extremely good quality rooms , friendly stuff and the breakfast is ok. We will for sure return if the prices continue to be the same.

We've just returned from our first trip to Prague and first stay at this wonderful hotel and can't praise it highly enough! Nestled in the walls of the castle, the Golden Well is full of charm and character and only 5 minutes walk from Charles Bridge in one direction and 10 minutes from the castle gates in the other direction. We absolutely loved our stay! Prague is such a gorgeous city, and the hotel was just as lovely. It was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with an amazing breakfast selection and such a lovely variety of options (and coffee machine was very good!). Perfect stay as a family in Prague. Close enough to everything but in a quieter area near to train station. Suite was very spacious with great amenities. Would definitely stay here again when back in Prague

Really cool interior decoration, a lot of content in the hotel (games, bar, restaurant) and friendly staff. Hotel has recently been renovated and smells good!

Our second stay at this Hotel. It’s a very central location near to the Prague Powder tower and Old town. Quiet at night Perfect for taking in all the sights without walking too far. Great Breakfast selection Staff all really helpful. We will definitely stay here again .

We stayed here for a second time recently. The hotel is as good as if not better than on our last visit some years ago. Large and spotlessly clean room with all facilities. Although the hotel is very close to Old Town Square and above a main (pedestrianised) street, the room was well insulated and very quiet. No fripperies in the hotel (saunas, beauty parlours etc), but staff were excellent and so was the breakfast. The hotel is small enough to be off-limits to the endless tourist groups...

Fantastic hotel, staff wonderful . Location perfect & accessible.

Located at the end of Charles bridge made this hotel in perfect location. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast had everything you could ask for. There was a coffee machine in your room but also the tea and coffee machine was on 24/7 from breakfast. There was complementary pastries on offer in the lobby at all times too. I really couldn’t fault this cozy little hotel apart from the lift being out of order while we were there and being in the top floor.

This hotel has to be one of the best hotels i have personally stayed in. The staff went above and beyond with everything. Prior to my arrival they help me organise trips arrange meals as special surprises for my partners visit. on arrival staff could not do enough for you. They even left there work stations to give us a quick tour of the unique monks brewery cave like converted to a bar at the bottom of the hotel. Very central, polite staff and nice rooms. Latter very gegenerous size and very clean. Mini bar, safe, ironing board and even paper cups as standard if you wanted a DIY takeaway coffee.
