"Had a wonderful stay at Coachman Inn, we stayed in a 6-person bedroom, kitchenette was generous, with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and pots, pans, spoons, dishware, etc. We only stayed one night as a transition on our National Parks loop but we envisioned easily staying longer given the lovely and varied buffet breakfast (with toasty coffee and signature gravy and biscuits), kitchenette amenities, and comfortable bedding/room space & storage! The decoration and maintenance was grogeous and really elavated our stay, and the 2 hot tubs were perfect for relaxing! The staff was very friendly and welcoming-Shoutout to Dana who was so gracious to us during our short stay!"

"The floors arevery dirty. Under the dresser 10 inches off the floor has not been vacuumed or mopped for a long time. Bathroom floor was very dirty. Bed was very comfortable! The noise from the semi outside the room All. Night. Long., not so terrific. Seriously slept with my fingers in my ears, and I wear hearing aids."

"I had to switch rooms right away due to the musty smell and heat in the first room they gave us. The new room had no view due to the giant Semi Truck storage Box that was outside of my window, At least the room was clean and the entrance had an Applebee's directly across the parking lot. We ate and went to bed. Missed out on the pool because it was so busy when we arrived and then closed early. Great view from outside across the parking lot to the mountains. Didn't feel homey. Moon was cool - That is the Staff at check in. The Breakfast was nice. Cold Coffee Bar was a Great touch! Very expensive place for what we received. I probably wouldn't afford that twice. Room was cold. Blankets thin."

"I enjoyed all of it. It was a beautiful house outside needs a little work, but I don’t know how much they can do that with it being historical. I was bummed I didn’t see any ghost, but I kept hearing things at night. The breakfast was delicious. The person that served. It was very kind and she did a really good job. The room was big and spacious. The shower was nice. I really have no bad things to say about the place. I had a good birthday there."

"This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so had to spend time with tech support to get access. Given the price, which was in excess of $500, we expected nice amenities. There was a Keurig with paper cups and instead of drinking glasses there were plastic cups in plastic bags, like you would get at a cheap motel. There were plastic utensils piled in a drawer down the hall. No bottled water or collective filtered water. The unit was nice and decorated in a quirky and cool way, and the space was comfortable- or would have been had we been able to enjoy it. Our night was the same night as a big event in town, so we may have been victims of an algorithm, but the value just was not there. If you can get a better price and don't mind checking in late and leaving early, it is well located (a bit noisy) right off the main drag, and convenient to everything. Parking is at your own risk, as the parking is posted at 2 hours, but the hotel says it is not enforced. We did not get a ticket, so it held true for us."
