5 star amenities but what defines a hotel is the staff. They were exemplary to say the least. Helpful, courteous and always with a smile. Even the doorman Mani and the restaurant team leader Sharat. The reception staff were impeccable with Gayatri, Mathi and team. Kudos guys.👏

From arrival at the Promenade we were greeted with warm and friendly staff, this then continued through all areas of the hotel throughout our stay. The breakfast was tasty with a wide variety and if you didn't see something you wanted the staff were more than happy to try and accomadate you. Perfectly located on the to explore Pondicherry. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing friendly environment to spend their time in.

Rooms on the front of the building get nice light and fresh air and we really enjoyed that. The breakfast was really nice - portions served to you but quite filling if you take in all the options. It is a healthy way to start the day, with fresh fruit salad and juice and an egg omelet, but you can also indulge in some very nice pastries!

Lovely room and great location. What really made it excellent was the lovely chap looking after all our needs and arranging delicious breakfasts. Felt very safe and very connected with him.

Fantastic property. Everything walking distance from there. Super friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The GM takes personal interest in the guests. He spent lot of time with us showing us where to go etc. Defintely plan to go back here.

Gorgeous hotel right in the centre of the French quarter and not far from the seafront. Lovely spacious room with nice furniture and decor and probably the best we have had in India for this price range. Fantastic bathroom and would like to copy this design and tiles for our home and loved the pebble effect floor tiles. Nice selection of toiletries too, much more than the usual offering of just a bar of soap. Staff were extremely kind and helpful too and good breakfast included in our room rate....
