my kids found a cockroach in our bedroom, im not sure how long we had it we stayed 2 nights and just checked out , we had to take iur clothes to wash cause who knows could be contaminated. The hotel suited our bedroom when I went down and talked to the receptionist, what I asked is compensate for our inconvenience also to ruin our memory , I did not received a single call just an email indicating they are waving the additional cost worth of 50 Euro I would to refund the whole staying
