"The front desk staff were wonderful as we checked in. They were all very helpful. The breakfast staff equally inviting and took care of us. My birthday was absolutely wonderful and they brought a fantastic brownie treat for my big day. Spa is a must, great massages and lovely spa to enjoy after. Seriously Como Hilton, you knocked it out of the park with this location!! 10stars all around Cheers!"

"Everything was well. Only two observations. First, I did not care of the stairs to reach the lobby from the street. They remedy it with an attendant to carry the luggage but the stairs are fairly steep and slippery when wet. The second point is about the opening hours of the bar in the lobby. It should start in the morning for those who just want a coffee/cappuccino rather than the whole breakfast in the restaurant"

"Very helpful and friendly staff. They accommodate us earlier than check-in time which was great after long flight from Australia. Very clean room and bathroom. Sound proofing. Excellent location cross the road from central station. Very convenient when you have an early train to catch. "

"Everything about the interior of the hotel and the staff was fantastic! The staff was very kind, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was top-notch. The only problem was the location, especially in combination with it being New Year’s Eve. The hotel isn’t very close to much, but there were a few restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. Apparently, most restaurants (even McDonalds) close very early on NYE in Italy. We had to get room service because we couldn’t find anywhere to eat nearby. Other than that, our stay was wonderful!"
