"Excellent hotel, amazing rooms, great service, lovely people. The hotel is very far from the city, it is important to understand that every trip to the city takes a lot of time."

"The hotel and it's management are terrible. When we walked in, the bedsheets, towels and pillows were all dirty. They didn't have any clean towels. The shower wasn't working. It was a terrible experience staying here with my family. Please avoid this place. "

I was travelling solo whilst my boyfriend was on a separate trip in Nepal so decided to treat myself and I did not regret it! It was so calm and tranquil, definitely what I needed after 10 days of trekking. The food menu was extensive so I didn't feel the need to go out to lakeside and allowed me to enjoy my time there. Will definitely be back again and would highly recommend

Raniban retreat is a beautiful place to stay. Everything was so clean and well organised. The view from the room was incredible. The food was delicious and healthy.
The staff delivered unbelievable service, from organising room decoration and a birthday cake for my partner, to accommodating allergies.

I stayed for 3 nights. Hotel ambience and amenities were quite good. Complimentary breakfast was also good, but more variation and varieties could be made to make it worthwhile for your money..

Great Experiences in Pokhara. The hotel staff was able to guide me with transportation to the World Peace Pogoda, although, terrible on my knees I was able to see most of it.

This is the cleanest hotel I have stayed in Nepal, and it is also new. We had a beautiful lake view from our balcony, the location is great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall very good and comfortable hotel, we decided to come back for our stay after trek. The one thing that could be improved would be the breakfast in the hotel which was good some days, but others the food had been out in the buffet for a bit too long.
