"Location is excellent. Quieter street, just a block up from busier Lakeside Rd. Very helpful staff, including their own trekking outfit to help you arrange drivers and/or porters. Muesli,banana, and hot milk and chai were my breakfast choice. Lovely garden. Near best cafe (Am/PmOrganic Cafe) and good restaurants. So helpful with arranging transportation for day trips. Kind, friendly, helpful, clean and great price. We stayed here three times...why tamper with success. Very good value."

"We booked our stay for 5 nights. When we got there, they said they only had 3 nights available, so we had to leave after the 3rd night, and find other accommodations. I don't know if the problem was with Hotels.com, or with the hotel. Once I returned home from my vacation, I contacted Hotels.com, and a refund for the remaining 2 nights will be coming.
