"Only complaint would be pillows, for me, flat firm pillows dont work. Staff is the best! They were always Super helpful. Location is good...close to the Barbican, aquarium, and waterfront. Room was very clean, well appointed and had great black-out drapes."

"Rooms very comfortable and clean. Location is great, only a short walk to Plymouth Hoe. Off street parking close by was reasonably priced at 4 pound overnight. Breakfast was good and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I was in Plymouth again."

"The room was clean and had everything we needed. The free parking was a huge bonus. Breakfast was excellent with a friendly and helpful member of staff. For my personal taste there were far too many artificial flowers - a single bloom even if artificial would be far more tasteful."
