"Great location-close to many sites, shops & subway stations. Breakfast is included but it’s nothing special—I preferred walking to the various coffee shops close-by. It’s very active during the day and I felt very safe (solo female traveler). Stop by & checkout the small but extensive Printemps dept. store’s perfume & toiletries section for great French products!"

"I enjoyed my stay at The Westin New York Grand Central. The hotel staff at check-in was friendly and informative. Deirah was wonderful! She mentioned she has been working there for 40 years! The room was clean. I stayed 4 nights and each day the room was reset cleanly. Location is great. I did not want to be too close to Time Square but not too far. This is my 3rd time to NYC and this has been my favorite hotel in the heart of Manhattan and will be coming here again. I was given complimentary breakfast for the number of nights I stayed there. However, dining room was packed every morning. I was happy that I could redeem for food & drink at the cafe so the vouchers were not wasted. "
