"This is a place for more than a night and that too even if you have any better options. Reasonable, enjoy the stay. Staff was bad, but tolerable. Cleanliness is much beyond average, breakfast excellent. Parking was better with charging options. Overall, this is a better booking by all means."

"The front desk attendant (we assume) couldn’t find our reservation and then ended up checking us in as someone else we also assume, she told my husband that we hadn’t paid via Expedia and had him pay. When I got involved she was so rude. I explained we hadn’t used Expedia and she was insistent it was Expedia, the bed details she told us were wrong too and I pressed we had paid through hotels.com and told her the proper bed arrangements and without even apologizing just kept typing away. I showed her my receipt and eventually we got door cards. I asked about the refund and she said we’d get it back. Never even a sorry. Definitely the worst costumer service experience I’ve had at a hotel. "
