"Fui a celebrar mi cumpleaños y la cena fue un completo desastre. Aunque dijimos en más de 3 ocasiones que por favor me cantaran cumpleaños nunca fue posible. Adicional a eso me trajeron una carne quemada y nunca la repusieron (me quedé sin cenar) … la habitación la limpieza es muy mala, se cayó un frasco de vidrio y ni cuenta se dieron y tuve que llamar 2 veces para que asistieran a limpiar eso. Los empleados todos “son nuevos” y nadie sabe nada … al final duré 2 noches en el hotel y creo que sé mas del hotel que los mismos empleados. Un fracaso total… ah la piscina de la habitación, no pude ni entrarme de lo sucia que estaba"

"The property is quite big & well maintained by staff. Staff were very friendly but many didn’t speak English so relied on translation apps. The buffet served a lot of local foods which was great although would have enjoyed more variety night after night. There was often some type of pool exercise or entertainment in the day and evenings. The property is 1.5 hours from Samana airport and transportation from the airport is not provided by the hotel. It’s a big resort, great for long evening beach is beautiful, tons of chairs. However, it’s not great for people with mobility issues. There’s no path all the way to the beach (only to the restaurants); you have to walk across a grassy field to get a beach chair. It would help if there was an accessible path. I’d recommend this hotel to able bodied people for sure, great staff, food, rooms, and beach!!"

"This resort was amazing. It’s a bit of a drive from PUJ but well worth is. We rented a car and drove ourselves. It was a very easy drive and I highly recommend doing it that way. Much nicer than being packed into a shuttle bus with a ton of people IMO. The restaurants at the resort were very good. Room service came 2x per day, all the staff was super friendly and helpful. Most of them spoke English pretty well too so it was easy for us to get and find what we needed. 10/10 will be going back"

"We had a great trip, the property is beautiful, the pool is great, beach is nice. I think one of the best things was sitting on balcony with a drink and a book listening to the waves crashing. The food on the buffet is good, different items every night. Things that could improve, the amount of table service meals allowed on all inclusive plan, and one of the restaurants only had lasagna as the only entree available, so we canceled our reservation and went to the buffet."

"We were there for Valentines weekend and we were amazed at the beauty, the top tier service and the food! Everything was beyond our expectations! The pool was amazing! The couples massage package left us completely in Zen mode! This has become our favorite getaway! We will be back soon! "
