We had a really good stay at this place! Loved the big room, and comfortable beds....nice and clean, and really nice stuff. It's located on a busy road...but overall lovely.

Safe, friendly and clean for a single mom and her kids ages 9, 10 & 13. Definitely recommend staying here for families! Staff is also really helpful and attentive.

Good basic hotel, no shuttle service to the beach. Even though it is advertised on their website. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean. Decent pool area up top. No outside seating area around the hotel. Very little dinning options. Small buffets for breakfast and limited restaurants in walking distance. Needs shuttle service. No room service. All in all, good safe stay but needs to be accommodating for the customer.

The staff was wonderful. However, the property does not have a restaurant, location is terrible, laundry wasn’t working, breakfast was nachos and meatballs, bar drinks were gross, no outdoor shaded area, stove times-out so it’s impossible to cook, shower water leaks because there is no door, toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, coffee machine didn’t work most of the time. If it wasn’t for the great staff our visit would’ve been ruined..

We stayed only 1 night because we had a wedding at a different hotel. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are really big, with a full kitchenette and a fridge. Close distance to shopping (we had a car rental which made it easier to move around). Breakfast is included and it was very good. The pool area is very nice and well kept. Pool towels are available and they have a bar that opened at 5pm. Great place if you are visiting places outside of a resort atmosphere.

I stayed here two days. It is not cheap, restaurant/breakfast is basically nothing. You won’t find pancakes, or anything but yougurt and fruit. The rest is ok. My first night AC didn’t work so we moved to another room. Second day animals were on the kitchen. Two room switches in two days. Keep in mind I was always out and only came here to sleep. Staff doesn’t care. Very inconvenient to arrive. Best thing is closeness to Xcaret. Does not compare to any other Marriotts. Waste your money on something better.

This hotel has 24/7 staff on property and no time limit to check in which was great because we ended up arriving to the hotel until 1 AM. Many hotels have a time limit (usually 11 pm or midnight), but that’s not the case. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, there was enough parking, and the location is very good.

We enjoyed the size of the room. Plenty of space. Television had channels in english. The staff at check in was wonderful. Breakfast was decent. Only thing they could work on is better housekeeping. We only had our room cleaned once when we requested it.

The property is well kept. The room is nice and very functional. Good size, equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. I used the self parking. The downstairs parking is not functional at all. It has very few spaces. I understand that the hotel was almost at full capacity, but still, it has very few spaces to park. I enjoyed my stay there. The staff was very friendly and service oriented. I would definitely go back and recommend it.

For the price that I paid, it was not worth it. Housekeeping never when to clean my room for my 4 days and 3 nights. I have to go and ask for toilet paper and soap. This was ridiculous. Breakfast, was good, the guys who kept clean was the two guys in the cafeteria. Apologies I forgot their names.
