We are sorry you felt this way, but the area where we are located is very safe, we are at a 15-minute walk from the center, our facilities have a security guard at night, our location is available in all platforms, information about the neighborhood is also online, it is a calm, quiet area and we are on Fifth Avenue where many people pass by doing their exercises, families walking, people with their pets, etc. The feedback we receive from previous guests regarding the security is excelent, including the ones that came with their cars. We regret the events that occurred, but there was no fault on our part, we are honest and when we make a mistake we accept it and we agree with the guest to improve the situation, the information on the platforms for making reservations is very clear and we are also always vigilant and available for the guests with any doubt or concern so that we can resolve it as soon as possible. We continue to improve every day to serve our guests.

First of all thank you for having been on our propriety. Our Staff Is available on the office starting 7:00 Am until 7:00 Pm to help you with check in and check out, our office is located on top floor, exactly where is located our rooftop. The security guard is just during the night starting 7:00pm until 7:00 am. Ocean Zen Suites Is part of small hotel boutique, each suite is carefully and daily cleaned such as monthly disinfected. At 5 min by walk you can join the beach of Punta Esmeralda, and 10 min by walking you can join the CTM where you can find a lot of restaurants, shops and oxxo.
