I did't know I neede to arrive before Midnight, my flight was really delayed, and after waiting 40 min. the manager/owner open the door and he was a bit angry. After explaining he was more kind and showed me the room and everything. He told me the room wasn't paid and I told him it was, so we both agree to pay in cash until the next day so that he could look into it. Before leaving, I called hotels.com and they confirmed the payment, as the wner wasn't answering the calls of a hotel.com representative, I went and look for him. He got very angry and told me he was going to solve the problem himself (that was 1 hr prior 12:00 am, wenn I neede to make the check out). He was not very kind to be honest. After that he clamed down andand kind. The premises are kind of "what you paid for", or price relation are even very cheap. I recommend them if you just plan to sleep and are on a budget. I will only say that the owner should learn how to deal with their costumer way better thatn he dif with me. And hotels.com should review the policie, I didn't know was a curfew or anything.
