Great condo at El Faro. El Faro is one of our favorite spots. This one bedroom condo is super roomy, decorated beautifully and housed with everything you need. Perfect for a couple! Pool is oceanfront and beautiful. Definitely would rent again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros: Fantastic location - easily walkable to everything, beautiful pool, security, oceanfront building, condo had snacks, wine, literally nearly everything you could need. Very well appointed. Cons: On first night there was an ant (ants all over the kitchen and main area base boards) and centipede issue and we had to walk to Wal-Mart to buy Raid to spray the place down. Music from the bar across the street and immediate area is LOUD until 3am every night. The condo is essentially right avross the street from a beach bar. Condo is listed as the couch being usable as a double bed, but no blankets or bedding is provided in order to use it, so we couldn't. Fresh fruit was provided but most was already rotten when we arrived so it leaked sludge all over its container. We had to use the Raid again on the last night because there was a massive cockroach running across the dining room area. We basically didn't use anything in the kitchen area because we were so grossed out by the bugs, they were all over the counters, stovetop, everything.

Wasn't the best experience. Possibly one of the worst. Matress and pull-out sofa has a lot of wear and tear and would need to be replaced. The manager decided to take care of maintenance issues that we were not actively complaining about, and disregarded our request for the technician to come back after our stay. Additionally, there were electrical issues the night before our last night, which disrupted our sleep (the light automatically kept turning on and off), which was not adressed before we left. Positive points about it is the cleanliness, good communication from the manager, and bathroom and kitchen products that were free to use. Depending on preferences, location could also be a plus (very close to bars and clubs that play music until at least 2am). Guests may need eye shades and ear plugs if they are to have any semblance of a restful stay. They must also be unbothered by the service trucks who park outside the building to collect seaweed that is washed ashore. Unfortunately, we were here during seaweed season and there was a lot! Also, there may be construction/maintenance throughout the building, never mind that people may still be vacationing. Unfortunately, I will not return to this property and cannot give my recommendation to stay here based on the above comments. Thank you.

I visited this hotel when friends stayed there. The GIANT infinity pool overlooked the ocean and was sublime to swim and float in. It's so big you don't have to worry about swimmers into someone. The condo I stayed in was LUXURIOUS, with 2 full bathrooms.

This property was gorgeous and perfect if you want the space a hotel can not offer. We loved this place and would definitely go back. If you are into the night life it is the perfect location as you are walking distance to the bars, but if you are looking for a quiet night this might not be the best option because the music from the bars can be heard at a distance. Parking is not included, but is affordable and in a parking garage where your car is safe.

Nice location and great pool but no restaurant on bar on premises. Lots of noise from nearby clubs but fairly soundproof inside. Great cooking facilities but no basic supplies like salt/pepper, oil, sugar etc. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Lots of day noise from pumper trucks etc. Not clear what cleaning policy was only got cleaned once on second day. One other day maid showed up at 9:30am but we were still in bed but never came back. Overall a great place.

Nice place but the club noise was a downside.

This particular room unfortunately has a balcony facing directly towards the noise of the nightclubs making it completely unusable. Ruining the rest of the experience completely. Room was clean and nice. Pool etc was nice. 1 of the elevators was out for our entire stay. More of a nuisance than anything. Also the patio door latch was broken and every time we closed the front door it would pop open.

Perfect location just by the beach and very close to Quinta Avenida. Nice pool with a shallower part perfect for kids. Everything was clean. Drinking water was included. The only thing I can comment on was the air conditioner was a bit loud. Definitely recommend going there.
