"We did not stay. The hotel sign was half lit, did not see it until my daughter pointed it out from the off ramp. When walking into the lobby I noticed a smell, I could not tell if it was musty or cleaner; turns out it was both. when heading to our room the elevator sign had most of the letters missing. Upon entering our room the smell was even stronger, chemical fragrance smell. My daughters began checking the beds and room for cleanliness and working order. All this took about five minutes, in which time my throat began to burn, by eyes began to burn, and I started to get a headache, along with one of my daughters. We gathered our things, informed the front desk, who said I would have to pay $75 because we touched things in the room and she would not be able to resell it that night, and went to another hotel. I chose this hotel based on the 8 plus rating on your site...WRONG rating. If you have someone in your family sensitive to cleaners, DO NOT STAY HERE!!"

"Room was clean and icy cold upon arrival. No fridge =( but it was just a short one night stay so not the biggest deal. We had some fun drinks at the speakeasy after our concert. Amazing bed and shower. Easy walk to power and lights district. Would stay again if in the area."

"Property is under massive renovation. Construction materials are scattered in and out of the buildings. Parking lot was full of nails and barely usable. Several of the security doors had no locks. Hallways had no air conditioning. Our suite had no sitting area. The shower had no hot water. Kitchen had cookware but no eating utensils. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, powdered eggs and undercooked sausage and bacon. Inedible at best. Unfortunately we had booked three nights and never felt safe enough to leave anything in the room. I have just listed the high points of our stay. I am embarrassed for Red Lion and Expedia to have offered this property."

"So I chose this hotel only because it was last minute and pricing was durable. On arrival I noticed the outside of the building looked crazy but I tried to look past that (they are building on to the property) staffing was beyond helpful. The room reeked of smoke smell , carpet was not vacuumed, outside of the toilet had not been properly wiped. My bathroom didn’t come with a blow dryer waited an hour for one. Sketchy characters for customers, those rooms need to be deep cleaned . Lastly, I got new towels for the room and there was a dead bug tangled in between the fibers of the towel. I do not recommend this hotel, the owners need to enforce better cleanliness standards, removal of smoke odor, and should consider bringing back the pool but I’m afraid it probably wouldn’t be clean either."
