"The street looks a little scary when arriving at night but is probably safe due to enough people being out and about. The noise was somewhat abated by the shutters. Most of the staff was friendly and very helpful. The overnight desk clerk was not so nice. We had a half bottle of wine left from our dinner down the street and he would not even let us use wine glasses. "

"Very friendly welcome, even some homemade snacks. Very easy walk to Pisa airport and other amenities (grocery store, restaurants, ...) Room was very nice. Quiet and comfortable. If you have an early flight from Pisa this place hotel works really well."

"It’s a 3-5 minute walk to secondary Pisa train station. We made day trips so the location was great. Breakfast was great as were the hours. We’ll be back."

"I made reservations online My choices were 1 double and a couch or 3 single beds. I chose 3 singles. We got there 2 hours early and I checked at the front desk to see if we could check in early but the lady at the desk said our room was not ready. We came back at 3:30 and she again said it "
