Excellent hotel with excellent hosts who couldn't do enough for you. Room was cleaned daily with top ups of water, biscuits and toiletries. Breakfast was good with a great selection of pastries and eggs made to order. Ideally situated, 15 min walk from the train station and 7 min walk to the leaning tower. Excellent B & B

Rooms are very clean with complimentary snacks and drinks, lots of shops and views to see a short walk from the property. Lovely host very tentative.

Literally this hotel is opposite the leaning tower of Pisa, it has a cafe next to it perfect for breakfast with a view as although currently Expedia states the hotel is bed and breakfast it is not. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would go back

Set in a beautiful courtyard, lovely lounge and breakfast area with drink and cake on offer during the day. Great room and comfortable bed. Able to walk to most touristy locations and a short ride from airport / station. Would recommend and stay on another visit.

Very nice pizza place nearby. Host very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

The property is reaslly nice with large spacious rooms. The hotel is located in a very peaceful remote location with stunning views. The pool was really nice, but could do with some heating and it would be nice if there was a small fitness centre on-site. There was a limited lunch menu based on being so remote. Dinner was great, but a very small restaurant. The couple managing the hotel were really friendly

Lovely room in a great location. Close to the tower and lots of restaurants. Breakfast is in a really nice coffee shop/restaurant nearby. It was so nice we went back later in the day for a coffee before returning to the airport to fly home. One word of warning - we had trouble getting a cab to the airport and had to walk from the hotel to the train station to get a cab. It's an 11 minute walk, and it's something that you might want to bear in mind. Apparently there is only one cab company...

Boutique style property beautifully furnished to a high standard in a quiet location within Lucca walls

Great size room for 3 adults for one night , allowed us a later check out at no extra cost getting our ongoing flight . Lived the extras of having access to fridge etc

The room and bathroom were large and we'll furnished. The location was a short walk from the cathedral and leaning tower. Our room had s balcony from where you could glimpse the top of the tower.

We visited the San Luca Palace in September. The rooms are magnificent. Clean and spacious. The hotel is very close to the town centre (about a 5 minute walk to the Duomo). Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the staff calm and attentive. There is also a very good restaurant about 3 doors down from the hotel. Can’t recommend highly enough!

We stayed in room 9. We loved the unusual decor,cleanliness, the friendly staff, the good size of shower (not being the thinest of people), the air conditioning that worked really well, breakfast and the drinks and bits to eat in the basement dining room availability 24 hours per day. It also has a car park which was a worry if it did not have one. The only issue we had was the place has no lift which meant we had to leave our large suitcase in the car.

FANTASTIC. Great location, very clean. Very easy arrival at B&B, excellent communication. Shower Very good, pillows lovely, croissants, pastries, yoghurt, fruit and water in room for breakfast. Mini fridge in room. Hot water available in communal area for the lots of tea we had (Had to take our favourite Waitrose Decaf teabags with us!) Also communal area has a microwave. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND
