Excellent hotel with excellent hosts who couldn't do enough for you. Room was cleaned daily with top ups of water, biscuits and toiletries. Breakfast was good with a great selection of pastries and eggs made to order. Ideally situated, 15 min walk from the train station and 7 min walk to the leaning tower. Excellent B & B

FANTASTIC. Great location, very clean. Very easy arrival at B&B, excellent communication. Shower Very good, pillows lovely, croissants, pastries, yoghurt, fruit and water in room for breakfast. Mini fridge in room. Hot water available in communal area for the lots of tea we had (Had to take our favourite Waitrose Decaf teabags with us!) Also communal area has a microwave. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND

Comfy beds, perfect for a family with kids. Communication with hosts was fantastic. Would definitely stay again if we return to Pisa.

Ideal location Helpful friendly staffs Popular restaurant 3 minutes away. 15 minutes walk to bus station Leaning tower of Pisa only 10 minutes bus ride from station WiFi good. Highly recommended for the price. Will definitely recommend to friends n family.

Stayed 1 night enroute to Florence. Excellent hotel midway between airport & stazione centrale. Within easy walking distance of both. Some reviews say it's not easy to find - just follow the crossings out of terminal to the left & it's an easy 10min max walk. Would thoroughly recommend

Great stay. Comfy bed. Wonderful price. Free WiFi in lobby. A bit disappointing that it's not free in the room. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing hotel and staff. This was by far the most special hotel we stayed in during our week travelling around Tuscany. The hotel is situated just outside Lucca and is beautifully maintained with lovely rooms and a truly beautiful garden with swimming pool. But what really sets this hotel apart are the owners and the staff, who can't do enough to help and are incredibly personable. Excellent hotel. Best breakfast i have come across. Good selection. Did not get chance to try out SPA. However I expect to be brilliant as rest of the hotel.

State at home for 3 nights coinciding with the Rolling Stones also being in Lucca. Amazing staff, friendly, and so helpful and also great fun. They could not have done more to make our stay memorable.I

We enjoyed our stay in Lucca over six days having taken Easy Jet to Pisa and taken the local bus from the airport to Piazzale Verdi, within the citadel, with a ten minute walk to the albergo close to it's sister premises Albergo San Martino. An overnight stop to experience an Agriturismo and well worth it. A warm welcome by our hosts. And an apartment with views over the expanding countryside. Breakfast next day was a treat to behold - what not to have!!

Found it Ok. They kindly let me in a little early than 5pm. Room was fine with a private bathroom across the landing. No problem for me except for the jangle of keys in the middle of the night. Shower worked fine. Bed comfortable. Breakfast suited.
