"Great resort with beautiful rooms and the hotel is amazing and feels like the streets of Paris. Disappointed that when you rent a day bed they were out of drinks that we wanted and did not proved free water. You were given 24 oz free then you had to pay. We received better service and options at the MGM grand pool."

"Booked in December was offered to be on same floor as my family we agreed but wasn’t notified that we paid for a king bed and refinished room got 2 double beds definitely not refinished room. Then said they were all booked up and we were stuck with a double bed all week."

"Had a fantastic experience staying at The Venetian Las Vegas. The level of service from the friendly staff was top-notch throughout our entire stay. The suites are incredibly spacious and well-appointed, and the pool area offers a great atmosphere to relax. A special thank you to management for their outstanding veteran perks. Seeing a premier resort offer such strong support and recognition for the military community means a lot. Can't wait for the next visit!"

"We had an amazing time there. We explored other hotels/casinos while we were there and there are some really cool ones but we are so happy we chose planet Hollywood. It’s connected to the miracle mile shops. It’s in the middle of the strip so easy access to places. Highly recommend staying there."

"Check-in was a nightmare. Only self check-in is available. Their POS didn’t work. I had to make an expensive call to my bank overseas just to prove the problem was on the hotel’s end. It took 1 hour to finally get my key. There are no carts to take your luggage to your room. You’re forced to haul everything yourself or pay outrageous bell charges. The pool was out of service, but no notification anywhere. The room was clean but very old and in need of some love. No minibar. No fridge! I requested a bottle opener: $18 + tip to have it brought to my room. I know it’s Vegas. I get it. But there are some minimum standards. What happened to customer service, to there being a manager available, to getting comped…"
