the best and the most helpful staff and management that you can get at this price, i will come back again to this hotel as it bought back some great memories, my wife had the best holiday ever and i would like to personally thank Bhuvanesh and Gitanjali who went over the way to accommodate us, I hope they achieve all the milestones in their life. We had one of the best experience in Merlot Suites! The rooms were so clean, nice with an amazing views. The pool was also so clean ! The hotel location is close to everywhere and quite the same time. The breakfast was tasty with variety in each day ! The staff were so kind and helpful more than any other place that we have been.. Thanks a-lot to everyone once again!

Tierd of the typical hotel rooms I went ahead with Saraya and it was on of the best stays ever, the owner has designed each and everything nd its done beautifully. The rooms r spacious Nd feels really close to nature with the natural mud house. The best part is the artificial river which the owner had made and while sleeping u can hear the calm voice of the river flowing....

The service was great ! Friendly staff . Everybody was more than willing to hlep u out .Pool was clean . Breqkfast was nice n tasty . Center of town u could go anyway. Thanks again . My family loved it.

Stayed in this hotel a few times now. As per normal it is excellent. Near enough town if you want a little walk, beach short taxi away. Food in restaurant is amongst the best I have had in a hotel. You must have the Goan food.

I booked this hotel on Expedia and surprisingly found the hotel to exceed on our expectations. Hotel is constructed on more than 100 year old Portuguese building. Food was excellent. Hotel staff was very good and courteous. Ambience of the hotel is very good. Rooms are pool facing. Rooms and washroom are very big in size.

Only snag was inconsistent hot water in the basin.

So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed...

Great hotel with what it effectively its own private beach. The staff were wonderful and so was the food. It really was amazing and we had a great time. It could be a bit quiet at night and there isn't much else around - although if you walk left along the beach there is a beach shack and another hotel both doing excellent food but at much cheaper rates (and the drinks are much cheaper too). The price of food and drink is extremely expensive by Indian standards, but fairly standard for UK...

Clean property and staff was courteous and accommodating.

We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us. The pool was brilliant and we enjoyed it very much. The Jungle cafe staff work hard, but could know more about certain drinks so that they can give a better explanation. We...

Enjoyed the stay . Will go back to the same place. Nice and a very hospitable bar. Good pool bar. Very courteous and accomadating staff. Suggestion : book a room on the first floor sea facing. It has doors opening to the lawn and beach pathway. If out of budget, the garden view rooms on the first floor are the same and only a minute's walk to the beach path ( of course no beach view). Goa Marriott will be by first choice and I recommend it to all.

Our overall stay was amazing. The staff were very kind and professional. We hit a snag on the last day as we left but the staff were prompt in correcting it.
