We were on the first floor with no lift access but the reception staff carried our cases to and from our room. Breakfast had a good choice of food. The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas. It was a little unnerving to find the hotel lobby door was locked on the inside so we could not exit without the desk clerk and his key when leaving early."
