"Everything was good. Just was missing the balcony that was advertised with the room. The property explain only the two bedroom signature rooms ha e balcony not the one bedroom."

"We had a nice stay. This property has been nicely renovated and is tucked away from the Colonial Williamsburg, but still close. Contact with the staff was done via text. They responded quickly to any questions. Big plus, they have electric car chargers, one for Tesla and one other. "

"Had to turn the water off while showering because it wouldn’t drain and would overflow the pan. Hotel appeared to be under renovations? Outlets didn’t work in the room. Staff tried to be helpful, but I got the feeling management was just trying to do cheap repairs and nothing really worked. Housekeeping was sub par. People serving breakfast were kind."
