"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service and a Wonderful Experience I had a very good experience with Signature Hotel. The hotel staff were kind, understanding, and professional. I especially appreciate their understanding and willingness to accept my refund request after I made a mistake with my reservation. Their flexibility and customer service really made a difference and left me with a very positive impression. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, understanding, and excellent service. I truly appreciate your help and would be happy to recommend this hotel to others!"
Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay here was great for the two of us. The room was clean, spacious .. the location was fantastic! The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and had great choices. We booked a room with city views and a balcony - this was really not what we expected and the only let down. The place needs a bit of maintenance but has a lift and provides everything you need for a pleasant stay."

Champton Hanoi Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was very conveniently located in the Old Quarter and the staff was great everyday including everyone, from the door man to the front desk manager. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. It’s really a nice place to stay. The rooms we booked had two queen size bed which is rare to see. It could host four people if needed with shared beds. It also has a pool on the roof top, a gym with basic equipment, spa, and the breakfast was delicious with varieties. Overall, the location, the hotel, and the staff were wonderful!"
