The staff were amazing - helpful, welcoming, and hard working to the point of seemingly being able to be everywhere at once. Large clean room with windows that opened to allow in the clean, fresh local air. Breakfast was small, but excellent, with buffet and made to order choices. The staff took care of ordering our tickets for the Fansipan funiculars, and cable car. Highly recommended!!

This is a small, boutique hotel, it is comfortable, with a small indoor pool and small gym. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is okay, with a few option's, restaurant is linited in the evening. Location is convenient, for old quarter and train street, but not a 'glamorous' area like French ...
