My friend and I stayed at the Amiana Hotel in Hanoi for two nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff delivered world-class white-glove service from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed. They welcomed us with warm smiles and welcome drinks and took the time to introduce us to all the amenities they offer. Our room also came with complimentary beer, soft drinks, and water. Most importantly for me, they have an iron and ironing board in the room, which was very convenient. They even have an on-site onsen, which was a wonderful bonus. I especially enjoyed their breakfast buffet, particularly the pho—both beef and chicken noodle soups, fresh fruits from their farm, congee with salted egg and shredded pork, handmade dim sum prepared on-site, hotel-made yogurt, different types of bread, charcuterie, and so much more. I would highly recommend Amiana to my friends and family. When I return to Hanoi, I would definitely stay here again because of the wonderful experience and exceptional service provided by their staff.
