"The apartment was spacious and clean. Nothing luxurious or fancy but it has all the necessary amenities (kitchen utensils, fridge, washing machine), all in good state. Nice view from the balcony. Also they have the nicest receptionist ever who speaks good english and he helped me recover my purse. Thank you for that! "

"The only real downside is that they were doing construction on the floor I was on. I only heard it between 2-4pm when I was in my room, but it sounded like concrete being jack hammered. The buffet breakfast was just ok, compared with my other Hanoi experiences. "

"First of all, the staff are wonderful. From the quick check in, polite greeting whenever returning to the hotel, the service at the roof top bar, to the arrangement of a trip to Ninh Binh, and a airport pick up, the service was exceptional. The location itself is great as there is plenty to eat and lots of great little boutique stores around the hotel. There is also a Viettel and HSBC atm about a 5 minute walk from the hotel so it's convenient to grab a SIM and cash at the start of your stay. The hotel and rooms are on the smaller side but that's part of the charm, and the rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. The roof top bar is a great way to finish the day, relaxing with a drink and enjoying the view of the city. I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend!"
