"With a couple exceptions, everything was great. Staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable. The only things that could use improvement were: 1) The elevator closest to our room was not working. 2) The refrigerator was loud (I know you can't always help that). 3) The fan in the bathroom was also loud. Don't take it as a criticism, just areas that could be improved. "

"The room was clean and cool. I loved the rooftop but it is hard to access as only one elevator goes up there and the wrong one comes often when you call them to go up. Also, propane was out in all of the table fire pits. Except one that went out after our first night. The pool firepit worked and was nice. Gym was cool and organized. Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful from the front desk to Leo in housekeeping. I would stay again. Perfect location and area."

"The extremely thin walls of the room allowed me to hear the sounds of people sleeping next to me and their other less polite night activities from other rooms with remarkable clarity. The staff was satisfactory, and the room itself was satisfactory, although the bed was situated very low to the ground. While this may be appealing to some individuals, it was not particularly conducive to my comfort. The restaurant’s staff was unfortunately unprofessional, displaying rudeness and making me feel like I was inconveniencing them by having breakfast there. "
