The rooms were somewhat clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. They needed to do a better job at cleaning the floors and making sure the sheets are clean before they let people stay in rooms. The only thing nice about this hotel was the customer service. I got at the front desk when we first checked in

Parking was easy with a lot of available spots. Staff was welcoming and engaging at check-in. Room was as described online and at the front desk. We had an accessible room due to recent surgery. Shower and safety bars throughout bathroom was very helpful. Bed was lower than average probably perfect for wheelchair bound individual. The mattress wasn't comfortable as it was a bit lumpy and squeaky. Keep in mind the stripped down approach to keeping costs down. Room set up long term stays with stove, full fridge, sink. BUT you would need to bring your own cookware, plates, utensils, etc or rent from the facility. Given our needs it was suitable.

This is a newer hotel in a great location for Gilbert local to restaurants etc. But, the staff made us stand in front waiting for 20 minutes to check in without a single comment on it. then the room we got to the room and the shower curtain was missing. No soap. Hair all over the floor and there was mascara on the pillow case. The toilet had fecal debris left in it. The bed was not cleanly made. when we called for a different room we were told no since we booked with Expedia. I am a IHG rewards traveler but this was not a IHG experience. Dont go here.
