Everybody, that would say is super nice and helpful. The security guards really stay on top of their game to make staying here feel safe and secure. The updated rooms. Are very comfortable and clean. The only thing I would recommend that they change would be having ice machines on site and vending available after five p m. Other than that, I found my stay to be completely amazing. The updated rooms are incredible and stay cool

I would not recommend this property to anybody. Not only am my handicap and visibly handicap and put on the second floor. Was forced to go upstairs because there was no elevator. The top stair going to the second floor is almost twice the height of the other stairs, so I almost fell on my face. The door to my room had a giant gap in it where you could see the parking lot and be able to feed a book of paper through the door with room to spare. There was dirt all over the floor. The floor had not been swept or mopped quite visibly. When I went to lay with my dog that night, I discovered bedbugs on the pillow. I’m very thankful that I saw them before laying in the bed. The hotel has had no concern. And the staff or the office lady receptionist whatever is very inexperienced, a liar and rude . The office only stays open from the hours of 9 to 5. What hotel does that. I tried to get a refund from my booking agency the night of the incident or at least a yes from the hotel and nobody could be reached. I was forced to sleep in my car with my dog in Phoenix, Arizona in July . I was following With a gunshot. Depending on what the hotel chooses to do. And how quickly they expedited it is depending on if I leave my review up or take it down. I am Planning on filing a lawsuit in the near future. Especially for the safety and well-being of all fellow handicap people that hotel took no care. None putting you on the second floor in a very unsafe room no elevator or Ramp
