The property is nice but lacks a decent restaurant. The pool cabana bar is wonderful but closes too early. The only restaurant for dinner is outdated , dark and dingy.

This is really a motel not a resort. Has a big but dated pool and it is really a motel. You can drive right up to your room in most cases. I will not stay again. Rooms are dated, ac is loud, nothing nice at all. Glorified holiday in at best with big pool and tennis courts. Try somewhere else.

I spent the weekend here for my birthday and it was my first time staying here and I loved it. There was a lot of near by things to do , and here at the resort as well. I would definitely recommend this place and would totally come back again for sure!

Our room was spacious and clean. It had a wet bar with a microwave and refrigerator. The main pool and hot tub is beautiful and clean. I wanted an ice cream cone in the market area. It was supposed to be open but was locked. No problem. They opened it, got my cone and I was a happy guest. We would stay here again.

This place is just OK 4 night stay. They cleaned the room once, only because I called and they took all the wash cloths and shorted me a bath towel.. The main pool is big music was loud by anyone’s standards. The Villa pool had no music, services or even a self serve water station

Excellent location in the heart of everything. Great parking location. We stayed at a villa and had no complaints. Fitness center was excellent and pool was exactly what we were looking for

The pools are amazing. It has great facilities including sports bar and pool bar. Breakfast was lovely too. Only disappointment was the fitness facilities. The spin bike was broken, there were no small weights and the classes were cancelled.

Room was very nice and spacious. My only complaint was the front desk people pushing the bell men to "show" you to your room and if you deny it, like I did, they get nasty. I was reluctantly given a map that showed my room was right around the corner.

Very nice property convenient to downtown Scottsdale. Multiple pools, pool bar, sports bar, and another restaurant on the property. Very clean facility and grounds. The staff are very friendly. I would stay here again.

In my particular room, the bathroom set up was challenging. The toilet and the shower are in the same area. You have to smash yourself against the shower door to close the bathroom door, barely clearing the toilet. The room could have been cleaner. The inside of the microwave was dirty and the outside of the door had dirty hand prints on it. The shelving in the bathroom was dusty as well. Had to ask each night for additional towels as the ones used were not replaced with the same amount taken by cleaning staff. Check in was easy. Staff very friendly. Took the shuttle to a local restaurant for dinner. Driver very nice and informative about the city. The location of the hotel is great. Did not have the opportunity to use the pools or spa.

We were enjoying the time here, especially the beautiful pools and tennis courts. The room was spacious, but the windows faced the walkway, and we had to close the windows for privacy reasons, so the room was dark all day, could not let sunshine come through the windows, which was unsatisfied for us.

The room 3003 was a standard hotel type room. Dark and dreary. Beds were not comfortable. Restaurant on sight was good not great. Staff everywhere were excellent. Pool area was excellent. Pool bar was excellent. Would probably not stay here again. The amenities did not match the cost.

Had a nice time; but got chafed resort fees and they only clean my room 1 1/2 day? Not sure why one is charged w no house keeping service. One day I had so much trash I had to take it out my self. Otherwise everything was good.
