Excellent room in a small courtyard. Lovely setting and pool. Use of gym and pool in sister hotel 5mins away was excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Caravan Hotel. I was on 11th floor and had a great view. Room very clean. All the staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for me. All of them very kind and happy to help.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were the FRIENDLIST people I have ever met. Always smiling, it was impossible not to be happy. So accommodating too. We had a very spacious room, which was really clean. The pool area was really nice, and the pool was so refreshing after exploring the city. Great location for walking to all the must see spots.

Excellent stay. We upgraded to a Horizon room, which was spacious and with everything we needed. The Horizon lounge was comfortable and the food and drink was varied and delicious. All of the staff who we encountered were so friendly, helpful and could hold an interesting conversation.

Amazing hotel, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond the call of duty

Great hotel on a quieter street in a lovely area just a few blocks from the Royal Palace. Staff were perfect. Huge rooms superbly appointed. Nice modern bakery/coffee shop

stunning in every way you can imagine; you will not be disappointed if you stay here. Fabulous service from Monysa in main restuarant; she sets the standard for how a breakfast service should be run at a premium hotel.

Lunch serving was slow and soup served cold

Perfect stay i enjoyed everything

The staff friendly and very helpful. Excellent roof top restaurant and out side bar and probably the best view of the city. Food was excellent too and the whole experience was a total surprise. Stayed there eventually for 2 weeks when only planned one night. Rooms very good and comfortable. Fantastic place to stay and reasonable in cost compared to the branded hotels.

I have given this hotel 5* but with 1 reservation , its location. It is located in a quiet side alleyway. Access is past municipal garbage bins and unfortunately this doesn’t give the best first impression. HOWEVER, when you get there it appears like an oasis. The pool is visible through reception and the exceptionally helpful staff welcome you. We were upgraded to Delux rooms overlooking the pool and they were huge. When checking out , our departure wasn’t until 10pm , but the staff...

The place looks awesome. Fantastic pool looking over the city. The room was large with a huge balcony, excellent bath and lighting from the starship enterprise. Staff were very friendly though seemed like they were still finding their feet somewhat, probably just because it was so new.

Not far of the riverside. Has a rooftop pool. Rooms great.
