The massages were great, professional, relaxing. The food here is amazing, everything tasted so fresh. The staff was awesome and extremely kind. "Average. Staff was not as kind and attentive as we have experienced at other hotels in Thailand. The hotel is a bit worn down. Few people at the hotel, which was quite nice. We had the pool to our self most days. Sunbeds could use an upgrade! Located a bit far from the “centre” of bang niang. Would have preferred to stay closer to the centre/bang niang marked as we did not use the beach at all (not a good beach - took a tuk tuk to coconut beach instead). "
