"We had a blast. The premises, location and food were amazing. We absolutely adored our villa which was exactly what we needed to relax. Our stay was especially incredible thanks to the staff (restaurant, housekeeping, landscaping, help desk,etc) who never failed to put a smile on our faces and attend to any of our needs. "The hotel was busy but because of the number of pools available, it never felt overwhelming. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. There are good restaurants nearby and the beach is just a few minutes walk."

"Fabulous! I had a pool access room and it was great to avoid the crowd at the main pool. I did go to the beach twice which was nice, but I preferred the quiet. Staff was helpful and did a great job. The area around the hotel is great - tons of places to eat, get massages, etc. I plan on returning the same time next year!"

"It's a unique property where the rainforest meets the beach. The swimming pools are awesome and the resort is expansive. They have a fantastic spa also. Enjoyed our stay here and strolls along the beach."

"We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad practice and I hope karma gets them."
