"5/5 – Outstanding Stay at Holiday Inn! I recently stayed at Holiday Inn and had such a pleasant experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, the amenities were great, and the atmosphere felt relaxing and welcoming. But what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service from one of the staff members, Fan. Fan went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always had a warm smile that made me feel right at home. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care about guests the way she does. Her attentiveness and positive energy really stood out and made a huge difference in my overall experience. Thank you, Fan, and the entire Holiday Inn team for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning — and I’ll be recommending this hotel to friends and family!"

"Location in the center of action but my room was quiet. No loud bars disturbing my sleep. Nor did cleaning staff disturb me. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were good quality. I felt very much at home. This was my fourth time staying at Hotel Amber and I plan to return."

"I have stayed here multiple times and always have a positive experience. Other than the excellent facilities and the value for cost, I find the staff always friendly and helpful. There also seems to be very little turn over here so I see the same staff year after year and many tend to remember me as well. You really can't beat that, and it makes me want to continue returning. The onsite restaurant has some very good choices...haven't found a bad dish there yet. The breakfast buffet is quite expansive and worth the inclusion into your price for room. Although I don't travel with children the facilities are very family friendly...if you have kids, they will have a good time here. I would rate this resort a 5 out of 5 stars....can't wait to return. "

"My first stay in Pattaya was during the off-season so the prices were criminally low. It was supposed to be raining the whole time but we were lucky with no rain. The luck of the weather plus the uber pleasant experience at the Arbour really magnified the joy of this vacation. The staff is impeccable with service and smiles galore. The view from the rooftop pool, the sauna, cleanliness, and the convenience of location makes this a place to revisit in the future. "
