"The staff was very unfriendly, We booked a PREMIUM ROOM and paid £414 for 2 nights. There was only one double bed in the room. We got to dinning for breakfast, they said they can only give one breakfast and when booking paid for 2. There was no complimentary drinks in the room. The staff promise to do something and they did nothing."

"Our family room was spacious, airy, bright and clean. For more than 1 child a bigger room may of been needed. As a spa hotel the facilities were good, however I would not recommend for families with younger children, this hotel is clearly aimed at an adult experience. During our stay a civil ceremony took place, daytime was civilised and did not intrude too much on our stay, however at night loud music and raucious guests kept us awake until nearly midnight, I would advise checking if anything is going on at the hotel during your stay before booking. Overall good value spa and pool facilities, not a family friendly hotel, would recommend for a short stay adult only."

"The Pub is wonderful, very friendly staff, we had the Sunday lunch with was big and delicious. Rooms are very spacious with a lovely modern bathroom. It's a very dog friendly pub but there's only one negative point which is there is no bin to put the dog poo bag in. There is a great garden at the back with a stream which will be great in the summer. We had a great stay thankyou peach pubs."

"I stayed at the Ragged Robin for ten nights and found it to be marvellous. The staff were fantastic from the word go and were genuinely concerned that I was comfortable. They carried my heavy bag up the stairs to my room in an instant. Downstairs is a popular restaurant with a good selection of draught beers in the bar."

"The Hotel and room were lovely. There was no one on Reception when we arrived and we had to phone a number and wait. The room itself was lovely. We then had a concern that the shower was not hot enough, and were told it would be looked into. The problem was not corrected."
