We stayed at the Brufani Palace for 5 days. We could not fault the hotel in any way. The staff were always helpful and courteous, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was plentiful and the hotel is in an ideal location to explore the historic town of Perugia. The air conditioning was effective and very quiet, a bonus when the temperature averaged 37°C outside. What a beautiful hotel, the room was spacious clean and extremely well presented. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was delicious and facilities great too. I loved the personal touches like the biscuits and water in the room with a note on arrival and also on the last day. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! :-)

We were travelling as a family of four. We had booked the Montepulciano 2 bedroom suite, but were delighted to be told on arrival that we'd been upgraded to the best villa on resort(!), Villa Nobile. This charming castle is truly a gem among Umbrian fields. Set on a hill, it's a very well-maintained and clean hotel, with a pool overlooking the nearby valley. The staff was amazing, and especially Daniela at the reception desk who made us feel like at home.
