The castle is as close to a vision of a fairytale with turrets and castellated roof terraces as you can get. This hotel is run by a family of three generations. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. Our room is very quiet. The railway station is right across the road. There is a bus stop in front of the railway station. The bus goes to the uphill Assisi Old Town. There are two bus services per hour. The last bus runs at about 11:00pm.
