Amazing

Having stayed at the Hotel over the years we were aware,this time that the dining arrangements are now so expensive as to make one of the restaurants not somewhere we would wish to eat . Other than that the hotel is still somewhere we would happily recommend for position, comfort and the amazing staff

We had great overnight stay. Check in and check out easy and quick and staff lovely. Room was a suite which we were allocated on arrival and loved this Huge room with lovely views of the river. Room clean and bed comfy. Breakfast lovely and staff work hard great choice for breakfast. Location of the hotel great for shops, bars and restaurants. Had a great stay and will return

Beautiful setting. Hotel has been modernised internally and the large spacious bedroom was well presented and clean. The bathroom was ginormous and the large Victorian style bath very welcoming after a day on the hills. The pool area was excellent and barely used during our visit. Can thoroughly recommend and we intend to return.

Excellent welcome on arrival ,nice welcome drink ,room was very comfortable. Breakfast in morning was fantastic plenty of choice and staff were great Had a great break

Gorgeous grounds and surrounding area. Really peaceful and well placed for scenery. Good on sight playing for children and lovely even if you don’t leave the grounds. The apartments are super spacious and love the indoor sauna and hot tub. A little cold and old fashioned but adds charm. Absolutely love coming here with my family for a little break from the city. Hoping to get a chance to visit in the summer because otherwise it’s consistently foggy and damp being right opposite the loch. This,...

Great location, really friendly and professional staff. Hotel is very clean with wonderful views of the sea. Breakfast was served on the bistro with lots of high quality options.

Hotel, surrounding grounds, and St Andrews itself was fantastic. Well worth a visit even as none golfers.. Mr and Mrs Sutton were extremely impressed with all of the staff, in particular Levinne who went the extra mile for us…. A very warm welcome awaits Levinne and family if she ever visits Devon!!

Situated in a perfect location for exploring the Highlands of Scotland. The staff are all excellent and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The food is delightful and the rooms are very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Arrived late but was attended to out of hours and the staff were helpful and nice throughout.

This is one of my favourite Hotels, the location is superb and the rooms have recently been upgraded so a very enjoyable stay. The first room we got had a vent outside which didn't bother me but as my wife is a light sleeper we requested a swap and got a double upgrade, so happy days.
