"This hotel location is spot on. We where on the 40th floor which I upgrade with additional charge and thought its quietter but you will hear the banging of doors from floor below and the sound of plumbing pipes. "

"Hotel entrance look fantastic but rooms were kind of outdated. Location is perfect, walking distance to subway stations and most tourist destinations. There was a mandatory destination fee applicable daily to selected food/beverage and a couple complimentary activities but were not really explained by the front desk. Although they gave a paper to read about it, it would be better customer service to explain what it is and how can you use and maximize the fee. And also to direct you where you can check ahead about the availability of complimentary activities. "

" A good place for couples. Next to the Highline and a few blocks from the Chelsea Market and Whitney Museum. Fantastic neighborhood andngreat restaurant. If you are not a late night person the noise from the onsite club can be loud in the weekends. Clean minimalist rooms with noce views and furnishings that could use some modern updates. No in-room coffee or tea. "

"Usually an excellent place to stay. On this visit however we asked the staff on the first day not to bother making the room up. After that we didn't get any service at all until we asked 2 days later. After being out all day we came back to discover the room was made but we had absolutely no towels and it didn’t appear the bathroom had been properly cleaned. When housekeeping sent someone up to bring some towels he was obviously less than happy to assist. Not up to their usual standards "
