"I had a very uncomfortable and unsafe experience at Hotel Laut Jaya. The room was dirty, old, and badly maintained. The toilet condition was also poor, and the overall room condition felt terrible. More importantly, I did not feel safe in the room. It used a physical key, the doorknob felt unstable, and the window could not be locked at all. "I had a wonderful stay at The Sanchaya. The property is beautiful, the food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. The team genuinely goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and incredibly well looked after. Two areas could be improved. The beautiful white-sand beach is unfortunately impacted by wastewater running towards it, which significantly detracts from the experience. The gym also feels more like a tick-box facility and would benefit from equipment that matches the high standard of the rest of the resort. Overall, an excellent and memorable stay with outstanding hospitality."

Had to request them to turn on 1 aircon. They should turn on all aircon as the weather is very hot, and make it more comfortable for guests."
