"They gave me the room I requested but the lock was broken. They moved me easily upon request. "

"Positives · Good location near main beach area, shopping and restaurants. Short 10 min Uber ride from the GUF airport. · The king suite was a nice setup with separate areas for bathroom, sleeping and living areas. Great balcony view to the gulf. · Good breakfast options including make your own omelet station. · Nice pool area overlooking the gulf but it didn’t seem to be cleaned often as I‘d find food on the ground and a pack of cigarettes. · Our flight was delayed by 5 hours and the hotel allowed us to stay in our room for an additional 2 hours at no cost. Challenges · For a 100% smoke free hotel, there were people smoking in the lounge area on the side of the pool and smoking from their balconies. · The Cove Pool Bar was closed for the entirety of our stay. · The Sound Wave was closed for the entirety of our stay forcing us off property for lunch. · There was no daily live music as advertised on their website and Instagram. · Room temperature was hard to manage. It never seemed to want to be at the temperature you set it at. · There was a perpetual running water sound in our bathroom for the entirety of our stay. · The free happy hour was limited to very low-end drink options."

"We had a private balcony that faced the beach. The view was amazing from the 10th floor. We watched the sunrise from the balcony and it was breathtaking. The pool was very nice, plenty of chairs and umbrellas. It was a pretty short walk to the beach. The hotel was located in a very good location. Within walking distance for so many activities! The room was very clean and spacious."

"Best kept secret in Pensacola beach! Elizabet was my favorite, but all staff exceeded expectation! Friend and went out of their way to make our stay extra special! Paddle boards and kayak and bikes included in our stay! Free breakfast was amazing! Thank you to all staff for making our Pensacola visit special! "

"The beach view and location was fabulous! However, the laminate floor throughout the bedroom, living area and bathroom was extremely dirty. It appears the staff does not mop the floors as they were sticky and very dirty, as evidenced on the soles of my white socks."
