The staff was friendly, helpful and seemed to be happy working here. The room was very clean. The location was convenient, you could walk next door to eat, if you didn’t want to eat at the hotel. The pool area looked nice, the pool is heated, we didn’t swim in the pool. The only downside, one of the elevators were down for most of our stay.

Beautiful Brand New Hotel and so was our room. So very clean and I absolutely had a Fantastic! Good night dleep in the amazingly confy bed. Loved the bathroom and dining area. I recomme d makeup wipes for the bathroom and a couple bottles of complimentary water next to the coffee maker. Pool was amazing and outdoor fire pit area was very comfy.

In a great area and rooms/balcony were clean as advertised. WiFi worked great and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Staff were super friendly and helpful. My partner said breakfast was pretty good too. However, the pool isn’t really heated (a few fountains are but not the whole pool) and housekeeping left dirty linens that weren’t ours outside our door for a whole day. While the beach is close and visible from balconies, you do need to go through multiple “private” condos to get to the actual beach. The condos are restricted access so pass at your own risk. The public access point is a bit down the street away from the hotel (we drove) Other than that really nice place my partner and I enjoyed and would go back to!

The hotel was opened 3 months ago. The rooms were nice but the design was strange .Microwave and refrigerator were way too low. If you did not move in the room, the A/C shut off. Breakfast was ok, not great. Staff, especially the repair engineer was great. Two elevators, but one shut down for half a day. Location of hotel was good, entrance to parking lot was a little strange.

All I can say is WOW! This hotel was honestly the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. First off, James at the front deck is the man, that guy deserves a raise. The pool is super nice and well maintained, the breakfast was super good as well. The room was completely spotless, including the pull out bed. We will definitely be staying again!
