"Fantastic resort. First impression was that it was a bit tired in places but after looking around we loved it. Pool areas and restaurants beautiful and great landscaping. Beech very quiet. Food great and good value. Staff and service very very good. Scenic views across the water. Highly recommend this place. No negatives at all. "

"Really enjoyed our 3 night stay here at the start of our Malaysia holiday. The hotel is located within an easy 15 min walk to the Petronas Towers and KLCC. Helpfully, the Avis car rental office is also located at the ground floor business lobby, which made out subsequent hire car pickup very easy when we checked out The hotel is of a more traditional, grand style. The rooms have recently been updated and modernised and are very comfortable. The gym was excellent and the outdoor pool very pleasant after a morning of sightseeing in the heat. Lots of fresh towels always available. We had an Exec room which meant we got access to the club lounge where complimentary cocktails/drinks and snacks were available each evening and made for a relaxing start to the evening The staff were always friendly and helpful, particularly so in the main lounge area where we enjoyed relaxing with a drink. Breakfast was excellent as ever for a Sheraton, with lots of choice for all nationalities and the usual polite and efficient service. Would happily stay here again when visiting KL"
